1. No smoking - no smoking on the property, including the front or side steps

2. No parties - we are a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of those around and the property.

3. No pets - this helps prevent allergies for future guests

4. Alert us immediately if something breaks or isn’t working properly. Guests are 100% reliable for any damages that are incurred.

5. Clean up any crumbs or spills. They attract bugs & critters quickly.

Your room

Extra blankets are located in the armoire in your room. We have provided towels for each guest to use during your stay. If you are in need of extra towels, they are in the hallway closet. Hair dryer, extra toilet paper, tissues, and ironing board are available for use.

Living Room:

• The living room has a gas fireplace for guests to use. It can be turned on and off using the remote control. PLEASE TURN IT OFF BEFORE LEAVING THE ROOM.

• TV

          Guests can use their own personal logins for streaming services. Make sure to log out before you leave. PlutoTV gives cable             channels for free. Make sure to turn on the BOSE system for sound.

• DVDs & DVD player, piano, and radio are available for use.

• If there are other guests booked during your stay, this is a shared space. Please be courteous of others.

• House AC and heat can be controlled but are on a timer schedule, so you will need to adjust as needed throughout your stay.

Kitchen & Dining Room:

• Guests are allowed full use of the kitchen and dining room areas. If there are other guests booked during your stay, this is also a shared space.

• We do not provide breakfast, but there are oatmeal packets, coffee, tea, and popcorn provided for your use. You may also bring in your own food. You may use the coffee makers and any K Cups/sugar, etc. There is a grocery store and Dollar General located along the highway as well as other restaurants in town.

• Our kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment, plates, cups, silverware, etc. We simply ask that you tidy up after yourself. There is a dishwasher and pods (under the sink). To use the dishwasher, simply toss in a tablet and run as usual (the pod latch is broken but otherwise works just fine).

1. Clean up/throw away any food in the kitchen

2. Empty all trash bins & take them to the garbage can outside (located across the lawn by the mural)

3. Leave all used towels in the bathroom. Leave the bedding on. We will take care of it all.

4. Check for any forgotten belongings.

5. Turn off all lights throughout the house

6. Load the dishwasher with any used dishes. We will run it for you!

7. Lock the door on your way out by pressing the lock symbol after you’ve secured the door. After 11 am, your entry code will no longer work.
